Every factory already produces a steady stream of machine data. For most factories it goes nowhere: it sits in PLCs and historians, or it is never captured at all. We started MAJiK to capture that data and put it to work. AI can now read what your machines are doing and show you where your next points of output are hiding, on the equipment you already run.
The problem was never a lack of technology. It was that the technology was too complex, too expensive, and took too long to deploy, so the data never reached the AI that could use it.
